Refund policy

At Bootleggers Dezignz, every item is hand crafted and sourced with care, because many of our pieces are custom-made or pre-ordered please review our policy BEFORE placing your order.

ALL pre-ordered or custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.  

By placing a pre-order or custom order you acknowledge and agree that your deposit is non-refundable. 

IF your custom item has been completed and you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your item, you can reach us at sales@bootleggersdesignz.com

Returned custom items are subject to a 50% restocking fee, deducted from your total, and remaining balance will be issued as an in-store credit only, to be used within 60 days of issue. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

While custom and pre-ordered items are not eligible for refunds, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. 

should your package be lost or stolen, you must reach out to the carrier to file your claim. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items once we have shipped. 

No refunds will be given for shipping cost.

Shipping costs are calculated AFTER your order is placed due to heavy weight items. You will receive a secondary invoice for your shipping costs which must be paid prior to item being shipped.
